GM has brought out 2 different kits to up the horsepower on the Cobalts. Check with your local dealership (they have just now became available). 1 of them includes a SuperCharger.
Hypertech has a great program for the Cobalt but you have to remove the factory GM program & the Hypertech computer installs its' own program.
The GM kit is probably the safest bet, though. Since it has been designed specifically for the Cobalt.
Good choice for a vehicle. I have always been a fan of the Cavalier & the Cobalt is nothing but a body style change. It is built off of the Cavalier platform & they did pretty much prefect it.
Excellent choice for a vehicle to play around with.

If your going to want more power out of a car, you should have started with an SS Cobalt, saved a lot of trouble
