how do you get customers to come in to buy cars at a b lot?

I am looking to get 15 sales a month and I need to figure out how to get enough trafic to do that.

Advertise a lot.



However, the one thing that turns me off when going to buy a car is when there are salesmen hovering at the door!! They are like vultures waiting for their next prey. I have driven past auto lots where I've seen them standing there, just waiting!

Don't know how to get customers in but I've found that most car dealer(new or used) needs to be more enjoyable experience. I've had too many bad sales guys just give me the sales pitch and not meeting my expectation or change the deal at the last minute after hours of waiting in paper work.
