there will be a problem. tires arent measured in inches.... p185/65/r15 for example means p=passenger tire for cars or suv, vans... 185 is the amout of tire that touchs the road.... 65 Is the height of the tire from the rim.... r15 means your rim is 15'' wide.... there are more measurements when it comes to your rims...

Well go to a tire shop and they can measure you wheels and tell you how big of tires you can put on it before having to put lifts on it. So go ask a salesman and he can tell you.
