Who would win this motocross race?

Question

Alright motocross fans. Here is a question for you all. If you took Ricky Carmichael, James "Bubba" Stewart, and Rick Johnson, Jeremy McGrath, Broc Glover, Jeff Ward, Bob "Hurricane" Hannah, Jeff Emig, Doug Henry, Mike Bell, Ron Lechein, Danny Chandler, Stephan Everts, Roger DeCoster and David Bailey or any others you would like to throw into the mix when they were all in their prime racing years. Line them all up at the starting gate on equal machinery. Who would win?

PS.. If you do not know who any of these guys are other than Carmichael, Stewart and McGrath, how can you call yourself a real MX fanatic?

Either Rick Johnson or Bob "Hurricane" Hannah. Carmichael and Stewart wouldn't survive a race with those legends. If they couldn't get around you cleanly, they simply ran you over and made you bleed. They were hardcore!

It would be a battle between the two we are seeing right now. No one has dominated MX like Ricky has and I highly doubt we will ever see anyone who ever will. However Bubba is the only one who can actually beat Ricky head2head. So I'm going with



James "Bubba" Stewart. He would have to crash for anyone else to beat him. I have never seen anyone push RC like he has he actually forces RC to make mistakes and ride over his head.



No disrespect to all of those guys you mentioned I admire them all, however you cannot deny what Ricky and Bubba has done. You also forgot Jeff Stanten, and a guy we see everyday Chad Reed. No he hasn't one outdoors, but he has also been right out there in the mix of it with Ricky and Bubba.

Gotta agree with Steve, except that you need to put Magoo in there with R.J. and Hurricane. Now if that dates me, so be it. Carmichael is the only modern day rider that seems to have the total killer instinct.
